Mats has worked with change processes in the area of food and health at Swedish companies. The goal is to provide knowledge and an increased understanding of how the body functions, how various habits affect your well-being, and how small changes can lead to positive effects in your life. For 20 years, Mats has worked with issues concerning Swedish workplace environment, as well as with the sporting elite. He has worked with Tre Kronor
(ice hockey), Sweden’s Davis Cup team (tennis), Himalayan expeditions and individual Olympic bids. Our wellbeing depends on what we eat and how we build and maintain our muscles and joints. The body’s functions are interconnected and dependant upon each other, a symbiosis between thoughts and protein, pasta and exercise, joy and water.
